BACKGROUND
A brand new Maple Moose was designed and installed in Enniscone to provide a fun, vibrant atmosphere where people can treat themselves.

RESULT
Now trading over 12 months, Maple Moose Enniscrone has become a destination for customers both in Sligo and the surrounding areas. It also provided an eye catching destination for tourist in the busy summer season in Enniscrone.

BACKGROUND
Previously an established seasonal ice cream shop.

RESULT
Completely refurbished and extended to accommodate 60 seats. Now trades 12 months a year – and has become a destination in both Sligo and the surrounding areas.

Kay’s Foodhall, Blanchardstown S.C.

BACKGROUND
After 13 years of trading from its existing location in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Kay’s restaurant moved across the mall to a larger 5000 square foot outlet with 200 seats.

BRIEF
To create a look and feel in line with Kay’s commitment to a tradition of real food cooked by real chefs. The design package was briefed to incorporate the new range including the in-store bakery, speciality coffee and wok station.

RESULT
• Large format wall graphics to compliment the open kitchen and facilitate restaurant theatre and interaction with the chefs
• New style menu system with interchangeable magnetic menu panels to allow for day part and regularly changing menu content for fresh produce.
• Menu and directional signage to minimise queuing
• External seating area with additional Kay’s Foodhall messaging
• Increase in footfall and sustained average spend

Le café Arklow

BACKGROUND
Le café brand was created to replace the existing established brand – O’Brien’s Sandwich Bars – under which our client was previously trading.

BRIEF
To develop and implement a new brand to replace an existing brand whilst not impacting on the current customer base and business.

Objectives:
• Maintain and grow the existing level of business
• Create a credible retail café
• Create a fresh and welcoming look and feel
• Increase product range on offer

RESULT
We created the ‘Le café’ brand to replace the existing ‘O’Brien’s Sandwich Bar’. The brand was designed to be fresh and new whilst being sympathetic to the existing customer base. The focus of ‘Le café’ brand was to effectively represent the freshly prepared food offering provided by the café.

A six percent uplift in sales was recorded in the month after the facelift was completed. The project was completed on time and within the agreed budget.
